Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for programs booked through Nishchala - Thiruvananthapuram.

No Refunds

Program fees are generally non-refundable. However, the total value of your registration can be transferred to the same program within the next one year.

Cancellation by Participant

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within a 7-day period of the program start date.
• Cancellations made within a 14-day period (and more than 7 days before the start date) are entitled to a refund of 50% of the full fee, minus a 10% administration and processing fee.
• Cancellations made outside of a 14-day period are entitled to a refund of the full fee, minus a 10% administration and processing fee.
• If you are unable to attend a workshop due to exceptional circumstances, your enrolment can be shifted to a future program. Please provide a detailed explanation by email to jai@nishchala.com.

Cancellation by Nishchala - Thiruvananthapuram

If we cancel or reschedule a program, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future program.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.
